  • Technical & Network Identifiers: IP addresses, browser types, device fingerprints, and geolocation coordinates used strictly for fraud detection and risk scoring.

3. How We Use Information

We process collected data under legitimate corporate and legal bases to:

  • Provide intelligent payment routing, authorization, and multi-MID acquiring services.
  • Perform mandatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and KYC screenings.
  • Prevent payment fraud, monitor chargeback ratios (VDMP/ECM), and protect network security.
  • Reconcile payouts, rolling reserves, and generate merchant treasury statements.

4. Data Protection & PCI DSS Compliance

Security Commitment: All payment payload exchanges adhere strictly to PCI DSS Level 1 security guidelines. Sensitive cardholder data is tokenized and transmitted via end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption.

We employ physical, technical, and organizational safeguards including role-based access control, automated threat monitoring, and regular vulnerability audits.

5. Information Sharing with Third Parties

We only share data with trusted third parties strictly necessary to deliver processing services:

  • Acquiring Banks & Card Schemes: To authorize and clear card transactions.
  • Dispute Networks: Direct integrations with Ethoca and Verifi for dispute resolution.
  • Regulatory Authorities: Where legally mandated by applicable financial intelligence units.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights
